Mustard Greens
Mustard greens are from the same plant as the brown seeds used to make Dijon mustard. The greens have a very spicy taste, which some people find overwhelming.
Avoid mustard greens with brown or yellow spots as they are no longer fresh. Mustard greens can last for up to 4 days when stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
