Jackfruit
Jackfruit is a large spiney fruit that can be found at Asian markets. Only about 30% of the fruit is edible. Embedded in the fibrous interior are sweet yellow bulbs that can be eaten raw. Inside of the yellow fruit bulbs are large nutritious seeds that are commonly eaten either roasted or boiled.
