Brazil Nuts
Brazil nuts are a good source of many hard-to-find minerals and are extremely high in the trace mineral selenium. Eating just a few of these nuts on a daily basis, or eating large quantities at one time, can lead to selenium toxicity, so use them sparingly.
Store Brazil nuts in an airtight container in a dark cabinet or the refrigerator. Brazil nuts should be kept in temperatures cooler than 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
